Asia eSIM

A regional Asia pass is for the itinerary that hops countries, not a week in one city. Install the multi-country eSIM at home and keep maps when the next flight is another passport stamp.

A regional pass for the hop, not a SIM in every airport

Country SIMs die at the next departure. A regional line is for the route that changes flags.

Data that follows the next flight

Install at home. After the first landing, set holiday.com as mobile data. When you hop, you are not buying another plastic card in the next terminal.

Open the country list before you pay

Checkout shows which countries sit on the Asia pass. Match that list to the route. Do not assume every stop is included.

China often needs its own plan

Shanghai or Beijing may require a China country eSIM. Open the coverage on portal.holiday.com if mainland China is on the hop.

Pick the regional pass, then install it

Pay on portal.holiday.com. Confirm the country list on the plan. The profile installs in the browser. How it works

1. Open Asia plans

The button opens checkout with Asia selected. Pick a pass whose country list matches every stop, not just the first airport.

2. Pay in the browser

Apple Pay or card. Nothing ships. A QR or install link arrives when payment clears.

3. Add it before the first intra-Asia hop

Scan on home Wi-Fi. On arrival, data roaming ON for holiday.com, OFF on the home SIM — leave those switches for the whole route.

Asia eSIM — what the regional pass includes

Read the list. Device tables stay on holiday.com.

Do I install the Asia eSIM in the first city?

Install at home. The plan attaches to networks in the covered countries when you arrive and turn data roaming on for holiday.com.

Does an Asia eSIM include China?

An Asia regional plan follows the country list at checkout. China is often sold as its own destination. Open the details on portal.holiday.com if Shanghai or Beijing is on the itinerary.

Can I keep my usual number across the hop?

On a dual-SIM phone, yes. Home SIM for calls and texts. Asia eSIM for data.

Will an unlocked phone take an Asia eSIM?

It needs an EID next to the IMEI when you dial *#06#, and it must be unlocked. See Compatible devices.

Do I reset roaming after each hop?

No. Leave data roaming ON for holiday.com and OFF on the home SIM for the whole itinerary.

Can I buy the Asia pass before the tickets are final?

Yes. You have a year from purchase to start. Starting on day 365 still gives the full duration.

One regional line before the first intra-Asia hop.

Check the country list, pay on the portal, install at home, and keep maps when the next city is another country.
